Job summary

Life Time Fort Worth is seeking a passionate pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and foster a member-centered learning environment.

You will grow your book and revenue by delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships across all ages, and promoting referrals. Availability includes Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service, friendly, outgoing, and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball and effective teaching styles/techniques.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization skills.
• Comfortable working with all ages and building positive relationships with members and teammates.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• On-court instruction during pickleball lessons, teaching proper techniques and strategies; average 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs for student progression.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, events, and marketing support; ensures facilities/equipment are clean and in good condition.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends pickleball-related meetings.
