Job summary

Life Time, Inc. is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to assist the Pickleball Coordinator and Tennis Manager with daily operations, scheduling court time, and educating members on programs and equipment. You will deliver exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities include greeting and scheduling, explaining programs, building relationships, maintaining facilities, promoting services, and handling daily billing with accuracy.

Qualifications

• 1 year of customer service experience.
• Working toward a High School Diploma or GED.
• Computer experience
• CPR and AED certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members professionally.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services, and equipment to members.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Ensure pickleball facilities and equipment are clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Promote Life Time programs, products, and services.
• Process daily billing accurately and reconcile the cash register at the end of a shift.
