Lifetime Products is seeking a Pickleball Team Member to help manage the pickleball department. You will schedule court time, educate members on programs and equipment, and deliver outstanding service to encourage repeat business.

Responsibilities include greeting members, explaining services, building relationships, ensuring clean facilities, promoting programs, and handling daily billing and cash reconciliation.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of customer service experience.
• Working toward high school diploma or GED.
• CPR and AED certification preferred.
• Computer experience is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Greet, schedule court time and assist members.
• Explain Pickleball programs, services and equipment.
• Develop and maintain personalized relationships with members.
• Keep pickleball facilities and equipment clean and in good working order.
• Promote Life Time programs, products and services.
• Handle daily billing and reconcile cash register at end of shift.
