Job summary

Life Time Inc. in Folsom is seeking a qualified pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and run group programs. You will grow your book and revenue while delivering member-centric service that drives repeat business.

You will lead on-court instruction for 30+ hours weekly, develop engaging programs, and collaborate with Membership Advisors and Events to promote pickleball across the Life Time community. CPR/AED preferred and IPTPA/PPR certifications encouraged.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Knowledge of pickleball and teaching techniques.
• Ability to teach and engage members of all ages.

Responsibilities

• On-court instruction for 30+ hours per week.
• Develop comprehensive pickleball lessons and programs.
• Create member experiences with programs, events, and tournaments.
• Support sales efforts with Membership Advisors and events.
