Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking a pickleball instructor to teach private lessons and group programming, coordinate leagues and mixers, and promote rally-based teaching. The role focuses on growing your book and revenue to meet personal and department goals while delivering member-centric service.

Requirements include HS graduate or equivalent, 1–2 years of experience, and certification within 6 months (IPTPA and/or PPR). CPR/AED preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and friendly attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Excellent communication, time management, and organization.
• Comfortable working with all age groups and building relationships.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, reach, climb and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs students during pickleball lessons; teaches on court 30+ hours per week.
• Develops safe, professional, and comprehensive lessons and programs with a pathway for ongoing involvement.
• Creates exceptional member experiences through programs, tournaments, events, and clean, organized facilities.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts and attends pickleball-related meetings.
