Job summary

Life Time Inc. is seeking an energetic pickleball coach to teach private lessons, run group programs, and grow a successful on-court offering for members. You will teach 30+ on-court hours weekly, coordinate leagues and events, and deliver outstanding member service in a welcoming Life Time environment.

You will pursue IPTPA or PPR certification within 6 months, and CPR/AED certification is preferred. The role emphasizes safety, inclusivity, and growing a loyal member base through engaging

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and positive attitude.
• Thorough knowledge of pickleball with effective teaching styles.
• Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
• Able to work with all age groups and build positive member relationships.
• Able to sit, stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and instructs students during pickleball lessons to improve techniques.
• Develops safe, professional lessons and programs to promote continued involvement.
• Creates member experiences through programs, tournaments, and events.
• Participates in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attends pickleball meetings.
