Job summary

Adecco US, Inc. is recruiting a Picker Packer for a Lynchburg, VA role on assignment with our client. You will repack products, operate packing lines, and help maintain clean, safe work areas.

The position offers a night shift (12:00 AM–8:00 AM, Tue–Sat) with a weekly paycheck and access to Aspire Academy for upskilling. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and more through Adecco.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or sanitation environment.
• Ability to operate production equipment and follow safety procedures.
• Ability to perform cleaning and sanitation tasks using hoses, foaming cleaners, and sanitizing solutions.
• Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Repack products and perform general sanitation duties.
• Operate packing lines, labeling equipment, tape machines, belts, and conveyors.
• Clean and sanitize production equipment, work areas, and floors to maintain safety and quality standards.
• Assist with equipment setup, changeovers, preventative maintenance checks (PSMs), and general housekeeping.

This role is being recruited for by one of our Centralized Delivery Team and not your local Branch.

Pay Details:

$24.17 per hour
