St. Luke's Health Network, Inc. is seeking a Physician Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the sourcing and hiring of physicians and locum tenens for SLPG and SLUHN.

You will collaborate with the broader recruitment team and internal stakeholders to optimize strategies, budgets, recruitment processes and contract negotiations. The role includes developing sourcing methods, coordinating site visits and travel, onboarding, and ensuring compliance with HR policies and employment laws while

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; preferred in marketing, public relations or health care.
• Experience recruiting physicians and managing sourcing for physicians.
• Ability to coordinate site visits, travel and onboarding processes.
• Knowledge of HR policies and employment laws and how they apply to physician recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians in assigned specialties and develop strategies to promote SLPG and SLUHN opportunities.
• Develop and implement sourcing methods (ads, databases, journals, direct outreach, residency contacts).
• Manage the internal sourcing/recruiting process from inquiries through offers and onboarding.
• Establish relationships with residency and fellowship program personnel within SLUHN.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external recruitment firms and coordinate with internal stakeholders.
• Build connections with medical schools, residency programs, societies, and associations.
• Coordinate provider recruitment activities; attend conferences and job fairs; network with colleagues.
• Prepare and present recruitment data and track costs for opportunities.
