St. Luke’s University Health Network seeks a Physician Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruitment for physicians and locum tenens. The role collaborates with residency programs, program leadership, and external firms to source, evaluate and hire candidates.

The position emphasizes developing growth plans, managing compensation and onboarding, and reporting recruitment metrics to leadership. This on-site role supports SLUHN’s extensive network across PA and NJ.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or healthcare management.
• Two to five years in physician recruiting or other relevant sales/marketing related experience.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians in assigned specialties and develop growth, retention and succession plans with leadership.
• Develops sourcing methods to generate candidates, including job profiles, ads, and programs.
• Manages the recruiting process end-to-end: identify, contact, present candidates, coordinate site visits and onboarding.
• Negotiate and manage contracts with external recruitment firms and liaise with internal stakeholders.
• Establish connections with residency/fellowship programs and other provider sources.
• Prepare monthly recruitment reports and monitor costs for each opportunity.
