Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Physician Talent Acquisition Specialist to plan, coordinate and direct sourcing, recruitment and hiring of physicians and locum tenens for SLPG and SLUHN.

The role collaborates with the broader recruitment team and internal stakeholders to optimize recruitment strategies and contracts. The position requires developing plans for growth, retention and secession as needed, negotiating with external recruitment firms, and maintaining confidential

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in marketing, public relations or healthcare management.
• Two to five years in physician recruiting or related sales/marketing experience.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and direct physician recruitment and locum tenens for SLPG and SLUHN.
• Develop sourcing methods: postings, databases, residency programs and journals.
• Manage screening, candidate communications, site visits, credentialing, onboarding and post-hire processes.
