UChicago Medicine AdventHealth is seeking an administrative leader to manage staffing, budgets, and clinic operations at Plainfield, IL. This full-time day-shift role partners with physicians to align staffing with schedules and ensure efficient service delivery for patients and families.

Responsibilities include coordinating hiring, budgets, performance improvement initiatives, and staff coaching to uphold high quality care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience required.
• Medical office lead experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages hiring and termination procedures to maintain appropriate staffing levels.
• Establishes staffing patterns in alignment with physician schedules.
• Assists in the preparation and monitoring of annual operating and capital budgets.
• Develops and implements performance improvement projects to enhance quality, efficiency of care, patient satisfaction, and positive outcomes.
• Oversees administrative tasks to ensure efficient clinic operations.
• Manages clinic resources, including staff, equipment, and supplies.
• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to optimize patient care and improve workflow processes.
• Addresses operational challenges and implements strategies for continuous improvement.
• Monitors clinic performance and patient flow to maintain high service quality.
• Develops and implements policies and procedures to enhance clinic efficiency.
• Trains, coaches, and evaluates clinic staff to ensure high performance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
