Responsibilities

• Manages and balances provider templates for optimized utilization and productivity.
• Evaluates quality metrics and oversees compliance, licenses, and inspections.
• Represents service line during recruitment and monitors renewals.
• Oversees customer/consumer experience and escalates complaints as needed.
• Leads team development and ensures mandatory training compliance.
• Ensures workflow optimization and holds service line accountable.
• Manages conversations and action plans for staff and providers.
• Reviews upcoming provider renewals and contract discussions.
• Oversees financial performance and capital planning for practices.
• Collaborates with facilities and purchasing on capital requests.
