Job summary

UChicago Medicine AdventHealth in Plainfield, IL seeks an experienced clinic operations lead to manage staffing, schedules, budgets, and performance improvement initiatives. This full-time role collaborates with clinical staff to optimize patient care and clinic efficiency.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of related experience is required.

• Develops and implements performance improvement projects to enhance quality and efficiency.

• Ensures compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to optimize patient care and workflow.
