This role offers cross-training across center functions and potential for new responsibilities as the organization scales. The position requires current licensure (RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT) and BLS/CPR certification, with weekend availability and physical

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma, GED or higher.
• Licensed/certified in the relevant state as RN, Paramedic, LPN, or EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; conduct health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to maintain a positive donor experience.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
