Join Parachute, LLC in Farmington, MO is seeking a Physician Substitute to help protect donor health and safety while delivering a welcoming donor experience. You will work with center staff to conduct health screenings and exams and contribute to a high-growth plasma donation operation that emphasizes efficiency and care.
The role requires medical licensure in the state, BLS/CPR, ability to lift 50 pounds, and weekend availability.
Qualifications
- Licensed in the state as RN, Paramedic, LPN, or EMT.
- Current BLS or CPR certification.
- Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
- Weekend work availability as needed.
Responsibilities
- Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams
- Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed
- Work collaboratively with all center staff
- Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight
- Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant
- Beyond your core responsibilities, you will be fully cross trained in all center functions including phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation
