Join Parachute, LLC in Rolla, MO seeks a Physician Substitute to ensure donor health and safety within our high-growth plasma donation center. You'll collaborate with center staff to create a welcoming donor experience while supporting clinical workflows.

Requires licensure as RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT, high school diploma, BLS/CPR, ability to lift 50 lbs, and weekend availability. Full-time with opportunities to gain responsibilities and earn a monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Certified/licensed in RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT per state.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Weekend availability as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety, perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to ensure a positive environment.
• Maintain health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup.
