Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC in Paris, TX is seeking a Physician Substitute to support donor health and the donor experience at a fast-growing plasma center. You will work with center staff to maintain a safe, welcoming environment and ensure high-quality care for donors.

The role requires clinical licensure (RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT) with BLS/CPR, physical capability to lift 50 pounds, and flexibility to work weekends. Cross-training in phlebotomy and center operations is provided.

Qualifications

• 18 years or older with HS diploma or GED or higher.
• Active, state-licensed as RN/Paramedic/LPN/EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification required.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work on weekends as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Collaborate with center staff to support donor experience.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-trained in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station setup.
