Job summary

Join Parachute, LLC is seeking a Physician Substitute to join our Center Medical team in Sidney, OH. You will ensure donor health and safety, perform health screenings, and contribute to a welcoming donor experience in a fast-growing organization.

You will collaborate with center staff, handle health logs, and support phlebotomy and station setup. The role offers a clear path for additional responsibilities and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma, GED, or higher.
• Licensed/certified in the state as RN, Paramedic, LPN, or Advanced/Intermediate EMT.
• Current BLS or CPR certification.
• Able to lift 50 pounds and stand or sit for extended periods.
• Ability to work weekends, regularly or as needed.

Responsibilities

• Monitor donor eligibility and safety; perform health screenings and physical exams.
• Respond to donor reactions and provide care as needed.
• Work collaboratively with all center staff.
• Manage health logs and test results with clinical oversight.
• Keep exam rooms clean, stocked, and compliant.
• Cross-train in phlebotomy, processing bottles, and station installation.
