You will troubleshoot scheduling issues, support templates, and act as the liaison with engagement center staff, clinical teams, and patients. Prior scheduling experience in a clinical setting is required, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare preferred.
• 2–3 years in a clinical setting required.
• Scheduling and insurance authorization experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology preferred.
• Healthcare billing background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate outpatient and facility physician schedules and templates.
• Troubleshoot physician scheduling issues daily.
• Provide patient instructions and help with visit preparations.
• Serve as liaison with the engagement center, clinical staff, physicians and patients.
• Assist with hospital transfers and case management coordination.
• Prepare patient estimates and documentation for service authorization.
• Train staff on department templates and visits/procedures.
