Job summary

Edmonds Eye MD is seeking a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare experience, preferably with physician offices or referrals.
• Experience building professional relationships and coordinating across departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMRs, CRM systems, or referral management software is a plus.
• Ophthalmology or specialty practice experience is preferred but not required.

Edmonds Eye MD is looking for a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients.
