Job summary

Sight Partners is recruiting a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to act as a bridge between our ophthalmology specialists, referring providers, and patients. You will cultivate physician partnerships and guide patients from referral to care, ensuring concierge-level service and timely access.

You will build relationships, educate partners, coordinate across departments, and identify workflow improvements to elevate the referral experience.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of healthcare experience, preferably with physician offices, referrals, patient navigation, or customer service.
• Experience building professional relationships and coordinating across multiple departments.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with EMRs, CRM systems, or referral management software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop trusted relationships with referring physicians and their office teams.
• Visit provider offices, educate referral partners, and strengthen long-term partnerships.
• Guide patients through the referral process, removing barriers and ensuring timely access to care.
• Coordinate communication between providers, patients, and clinical teams.

Whatcom Eye Surgeons is looking for a Physician Relations & Patient Experience Specialist to serve as the bridge between our specialists, referring providers, and patients. In this highly visible role, you'll help strengthen physician partnerships while ensuring every referred patient experiences seamless, concierge-level care from referral to follow-up. Requirements
