Job summary

Powers Health seeks a Nurse-Clinical Liaison to build strong relationships with physicians and their staff, promoting adoption of Powers Health information systems. The role coordinates implementation efforts and communicates needs across departments to drive standardized solutions.

Responsibilities include assessing physician satisfaction, suggesting improvements, and escalating issues to executive leadership when appropriate.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing; Indiana nursing licensure required.
• Minimum 5 years recent healthcare clinical experience in a hospital setting.
• Epic proficiency/certification preferred or must obtain Epic proficiency/certification during introductory period.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages relationships with physicians and office staff to promote Powers Health information systems.
• Communicates needs and coordinates solutions between physician entities and Powers Health teams.
• Acts as primary representative to physicians for system implementations and changes.
• Assesses physician satisfaction with information systems, products and services and suggests improvements.
• Promotes standardization across facilities and elevates issues to executive leadership as needed.
