Job summary

USA Clinics Group seeks a Physician Liaison to drive demand creation by promoting services and providing clinical knowledge to healthcare providers. You will act as the primary contact, delivering branded messages and educational programs while building relationships across markets.

The role requires visiting multiple facilities daily, traveling as needed, and achieving sales targets through coordinated marketing plans. A healthcare background and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in sales, marketing, healthcare administration, or related field preferred.
• Outside sales or business development experience; pharmaceutical or medical device sales a plus.
• Strong medical knowledge of services and equipment.
• Willing to travel; maintain accurate records of appointments and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, public speaking, and organizational skills.
• Experience with CRM and activity reporting software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Promotes USA Clinics Group services by contacting healthcare providers in person, by phone and email.
• Distributes clinical information and marketing literature to physicians and other healthcare professionals.
• Generates opportunities by calling physician offices and healthcare organizations.
• Follows-up with physicians to gather feedback and questions.
• Provides approved information to physicians on USA Clinics Group services.
• Provides feedback to sales management on customer requests, responses to promotions and service issues.
• Achieves territory sales by executing Plan of Action marketing strategies and programs.
• Maintains activity levels and manages accounts; participates in meetings and community events.
• Contributes to territory planning with management; travels as needed.
