Job summary

Ascension Medical Group in Wichita, KS seeks a Primary Care professional for a day shift, full-time position. You will cultivate regional partnerships, streamline patient transfers, and promote clinical services across our facilities.

Responsibilities include expanding clinical awareness and coordinating CME and updates to partner providers, contributing to seamless care coordination for patients in the region. A supportive, mission-driven environment awaits.
