Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recent relevant recruitment, coordination, administrative, or HR-related experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a recruitment team.

Responsibilities

• Support the successful recruitment and onboarding of physicians.
• Coordinate recruitment activities and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Work closely with Physician Recruiters to manage candidate communications, documentation, and hiring processes.
• Ensure all credentialing, referencing, and onboarding paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and excellent customer service throughout the recruitment process.
