Jackson Physician Search is seeking a highly motivated Client Development Manager (Inside Sales Manager) to join our Alpharetta, GA team. You will partner with Territory Managers, engage existing and prospective clients, promote our recruiting services, and schedule meetings to drive new business.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of inside sales experience required; staffing industry experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or communications preferred.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and cold calling skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Research, identify, and develop new business opportunities through proactive outreach via phone, email, etc.
• Schedule virtual and in-person meetings on behalf of Territory Managers to showcase our recruiting services.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective healthcare clients.
• Serve as a liaison between clients and territory managers, ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market conditions to support client conversations.
• Identify client hiring needs and facilitate discussions regarding physician recruitment solutions.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and pipeline activity within Salesforce.
• Up to 5-10% travel may be required.
