Jackson Healthcare is seeking a highly organized Sales Coordinator to support our Sales and Recruiting teams in Alpharetta. You’ll act as a liaison among Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal partners to manage assignments and communications throughout privileging, booking, and invoicing processes.

The role requires strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and relationship-building with providers and clients.

Aufgaben

• Partner with Recruiting Consultants, healthcare providers, client contacts, and internal teams to support providers with current or upcoming assignments.
• Provide ongoing internal and external communication throughout privileging, booking, and assignment process.
• Develop understanding of provider and client needs while supporting daily operations of assigned Recruiting Consultants and accounts.
• Assist Accounting with provider pay and client invoice questions (service records, bonuses, prorates, overtime, travel).
• Coordinate documentation delivery and collection (certificates of insurance, licensing letters, 1099).
• Update and distribute sales division reports, daily lead activity, and monthly client reports.
• Provide out-of-office email coverage for Recruiting Consultants.
