Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Business Development Representative to join our Alpharetta, GA team. This is a high-impact sales role designed for individuals looking to build or grow a career in physician staffing sales. You’ll gain hands‑on experience prospecting new and existing clients, engaging with C‑Suite level decision‑makers, and developing the foundation to advance into a Business Development Manager role.

What You’ll Do:

• Prospect and source new business through cold calling, email, and research
• Prospect and generate new business through cold calling, email outreach, and market research
• Schedule and participate in meetings with C‑suite healthcare leaders
• Present physician recruiting solutions to prospective and existing clients
• Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships
• Stay informed on market trends and developments in physician recruitment
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly activity metrics (calls, meetings, searches)
• Travel 10-20% within the Eastern region alongside Territory Managers

What You’ll Bring:

• 2+ years of sales experience required
• 1-2 years of staffing sales experience preferred
• Proven success in securing new business
• Strong organization and computer skills; Salesforce experience preferred
• Skilled in prospecting, cold calling, and presenting
• Professional, confident presence with the ability to engage C‑suite and medical professionals
• Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking skills
• Strong relationship‑building and strategic thinking skills
• Stable work history with verifiable references required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required
