Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and generating new leads from multiple sources, plus sourcing candidates via cold calls, social media, job boards, and professional associations.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong communication by phone and email.
• Ability to build relationships and manage a candidate pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and generate new recruiting leads to support clients.
• Identify and develop candidate leads from multiple sources.
• Source physicians and mid-level talent using calls, social media, job boards, and databases.
• Qualify, present, and recommend candidates with client requirements and locations.
• Build and maintain a well-qualified talent pipeline.
• Collaborate with marketing to follow up on leads and manage active candidate pool.
• Negotiate rates, travel, shifts, and contracting details.
• Join professional networks and grow passive candidate sources.
