Job summary

Ingenovis Health’s Springboard Health unit seeks a Relationship Manager/Recruiter in Scottsdale to source and place healthcare clinicians across hospitals nationwide. You’ll build pipelines, conduct outbound outreach, and guide candidates through the hiring journey.

The ideal candidate generates leads, excels at follow-up, and thrives in a fast-paced sales-focused environment with a strong knowledge of ATS, social media, and recruiting tools.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1-2+ years of sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
• Familiarity with job boards, candidate sourcing tools, and social media for recruiting.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong ATS skills.
• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop recruitment strategies to identify and source clinicians via ATS, social media, and recruiting platforms.
• Outbound outreach via calls and texts to potential clinicians for recruitment purposes.
• Build a pipeline by engaging qualified candidates and maintaining relationships across nationwide clients.
• Inform clinicians about assignment details, benefits, and processes to reduce cancellations.
• Negotiate terms and guide clinicians through hiring and onboarding processes.
