Job summary

Texas Regional Physicians, a physician-led, multi-specialty group serving the greater Houston area, seeks an experienced Physician Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs across our network. You will partner with practice leadership to forecast staffing needs, build a strong provider talent pipeline, and manage sourcing, interviewing, offers, and onboarding.

You will travel to conferences and fairs, manage site visits, and coordinate with credentialing and onboarding

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
Minimum of three years of full-cycle physician or healthcare provider recruitment experience.
Familiarity with physician licensing, credentialing timelines, payer enrollment, and onboarding.

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for physicians and APPs across multiple sites.
Forecast staffing needs with practice leadership and administration.
Source candidates via outreach, staffing firms, residency/fellowship programs, and society networks.
Coordinate candidate site visits, travel, and interview logistics.
Prepare competitive offer packages and negotiate terms within guidelines.
Track recruitment metrics and maintain accurate ATS records.
Collaborate with credentialing, licensing, payer enrollment, and onboarding teams.
