• Three years of experience in physician recruitment is required, preferably in a hospital or healthcare system setting.
• Proven track record of successfully placing physicians in a variety of specialties.
• Strong understanding of physician compensation models.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates through various channels, including online job boards and physician databases.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with physician candidates, hospital leadership, and other key stakeholders.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle, ensuring a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Conduct thorough candidate screenings, including verifying credentials and references.
• Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and track key metrics (time-to-fill, pipeline).
• Stay current on industry trends, recruitment best practices, and regulations.
• Contribute to recruitment marketing strategies and onboarding coordination.
