Emdego Provider Partners is a growing healthcare staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and permanent physician and APP placement nationwide. We are seeking a motivated Physician Recruiter to join our onsite team and help drive growth.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and an uncapped commission structure, with a base salary and opportunities for rapid advancement within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers via calls, texts, email, and LinkedIn.
• Match providers with locum tenens and permanent opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing steps, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to support hospital clients.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout recruitment.
• Help grow Emdego's provider network.

Emdego Provider Partners is a rapidly growing healthcare staffing firm specializing in locum tenens and permanent physician / APP placement nationwide. We are looking for a motivated, driven, and relationship-focused Physician Recruiter to join our team onsite.

This is a great opportunity for someone hungry to grow in sales, recruiting, or healthcare staffing. Prior locum tenens experience is not required, we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.

What Youll Do

• Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide
• Build relationships with healthcare providers through calls, texts, email, and LinkedIn
• Match providers with locum tenens and permanent opportunities
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing steps, and onboarding
• Work closely with leadership and sales teams to help support hospital and healthcare clients
• Maintain consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Help grow and strengthen Emdegos provider network
