This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and an uncapped commission structure, with a base salary and opportunities for rapid advancement within a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Motivated, competitive, self-driven personality.
• Comfortable speaking on the phone and building rapport.
• Organized and able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
• Sales or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit physicians and advanced practice providers nationwide.
• Build relationships with healthcare providers via calls, texts, email, and LinkedIn.
• Match providers with locum tenens and permanent opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews, credentialing steps, and onboarding.
• Collaborate with leadership and sales to support hospital clients.
• Maintain consistent candidate communication throughout recruitment.
• Help grow Emdego's provider network.
