Job summary

Pacific Companies in Dallas is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our expanding Permanent Placement & Locum Tenens division. You will prospect, qualify, and match physicians with opportunities across hospital systems and private practices.

The role emphasizes building strong candidate pipelines, assessing candidates to client needs, and sourcing via online platforms and internal tools. Travel is required, and you will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

• Minimum 2 years of sales or healthcare recruiting experience.
• Ability to make calls, overcome resistance, and close.
• Team‑oriented with a positive attitude and drive.
