Qualifications

• Minimum two years of recruiting experience (healthcare or physician staffing preferred).
• Strong phone presence—this business is built on outbound and relationship-driven calls.
• Confident negotiator with persuasive communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple searches, deadlines, and moving parts.
• Driven, competitive, and results-oriented.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities.
• Source, recruit, interview, and build relationships with physicians and APPs nationwide.
• Match providers to open assignments based on skillsets, licensing, board status, and client needs.
• Arrange interviews between physicians and clients.
• Negotiate contract terms with both providers and clients.
• Extend offers and close placements.
• Maintain accurate activity and pipeline details in the database.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth assignment execution (travel, licensing, credentialing, payroll, etc.).
• Build long-term provider relationships that fuel repeat business.
• Hit and exceed production expectations.
