Job summary

MPLT Healthcare in Boca Raton, FL is seeking an Associate Recruiter to learn sourcing, engagement, and relationship-building with physicians in a fast-paced, high-reward environment. The role trains toward promotion into a full Recruiter position.

You’ll manage physician inquiries, source candidates, conduct screening, and support recruiters with pipeline management. A proactive, coachable mindset is essential to succeed and advance.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities
• Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers
• Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management
• Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database
• Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow
• Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role

What You’ll Do
