Job summary

MPLT Healthcare is a leading healthcare staffing firm seeking dynamic sales professionals to place physicians and clinicians nationwide. This role offers uncapped commissions, a fast-paced, high-energy team, and growth opportunities into leadership roles.

You will manage inquiries from healthcare facilities, match providers to open assignments, and drive revenue while building durable client relationships. A strong negotiator with multi-deal discipline and goal orientation will thrive here.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or recruiting (healthcare staffing is a plus).
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and providers.

• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure smooth assignments.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity in our database.
