MPLT Healthcare is hiring an Associate Recruiter in Boca Raton. You will learn to source, engage, and build relationships with physicians, with a fast-paced, high-reward environment and training toward a full Recruiter role.

The role emphasizes developing recruiting and sales skills, with mentorship and a path to advancement within a high-energy, results-driven team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or recruiting.
• Recent college graduate seeking a career in sales or recruiting.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming physician inquiries regarding placement opportunities.
• Source and engage physicians through calls, referrals, job boards, and online research.
• Conduct initial screening conversations to assess interest, qualifications, and fit.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare providers.
• Support Recruiters with candidate sourcing, scheduling, and pipeline management.
• Track activity, notes, and outreach in the database.
• Learn physician staffing fundamentals including licensing, credentialing, and assignment flow.
• Develop recruiting and sales skills with the goal of promotion into a full Recruiter role.
