Job summary

Universal Health Services seeks a Performance Improvement manager to lead physician performance initiatives within the Valley Health System in Southern Nevada. The role requires strong clinical credentials and PI/QA leadership to drive quality outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN (or related master's) and 5+ years clinical experience with QA/PI, plus 2+ years progressive management. Nevada RN license or CPHQ certification for non-RN is required, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in a healthcare related field.
• Five (5) years clinical experience with two (2) to four (4) years QA or PI experience required.
• Minimum of two (2) years progressive management experience required.
• Current RN license in the State of Nevada if RN; CPHQ required for non-RN.
• Computer proficiency including word processing, spreadsheets and databases.
