Job summary

Universal Health Services, Inc. is seeking a part-time Quality Coordinator in Reno, NV to support its performance improvement program. You will coordinate development, implementation and evaluation efforts, and assist with data-driven initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Nevada.
• Three to five years of clinical experience.
• PI or QA experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the development, implementation and evaluation of the overall performance improvement program.
• Support the corporation’s performance improvement process and identify performance trends.
• Prioritize and recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
• Ensure compliance with The Joint Commission (TJC) standards across departments.
• Investigate specific areas of concern as identified by leadership.
