Job summary

• Lead patient experience initiatives with physicians, clinical and non-clinical staff.
• Publish patient experience survey results and oversee complaint/grievance processes.

Education

Completion of an accredited Registered Nurse program

Bachelor's degree in related field

Master's degree preferred
