Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Practice Administrator 1 to lead operational and financial activities for one or more medical practices in Texas. The role focuses on revenue cycle, budgeting, HR, and staffing, while aligning clinic goals with the Medical Group’s strategic vision to improve patient care and efficiency.

The position requires healthcare management experience in a physician setting, strong multi-tasking abilities, and a track record in staff development and provider

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years healthcare management experience in a physician practice.
• Ability to multi-task and communicate rapidly in real time as changes are occurring.
• Experience managing a Cardiology practice is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Operations management experience leading clinical and operational teams.

Responsibilities

• Oversee strategic and daily operations of one or more practices.
• Balance daily goals with strategic vision to improve health, experience and growth.
• Manage revenue cycle, budgeting, HR, and recruitment.
• Collaborate with executive committee and stakeholders to drive performance.
• Onboard new providers and support practice growth and strategic planning.
