Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years healthcare management in a physician practice.
• Experience with budgeting, revenue cycle, and staffing.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure patient care standards and workflow efficiency.
• Manage financial budgets, monthly statements, and cost control.
• Prepare financial data and reports for physicians.
• Monitor expenses vs. benchmarks and propose cost reductions.
