Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health in Texas is looking for a Manager Operations to lead staffing, process flow, budget management, and daily operations within the department. You will supervise administrative staff, develop and implement action plans, and partner with leadership to drive continuous improvement and exceptional service delivery across the hospital system.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) and at least 3 years of hospital operations or healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in hospital operations or healthcare administration.
• Experience supervising staff and coordinating staffing and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Supervises administrative staff and conducts performance reviews.
• Oversees staffing, process flow, and daily operations.
• Develops and enforces policies and procedures for the department.
• Collaborates with leadership on strategic planning and space utilization.
