Job summary

Baylor Scott & White Health is seeking a Manager Operations to lead staffing, workflow, budget control, and daily operational activities within the department. You will guide administrative teams, drive program implementation, and foster service excellence across the organization.

Successful candidates bring strong leadership and project-management skills, with a focus on continuous process improvement aligned to patient care and institutional goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree preferred.
• 3 years of experience in a supervisory/management role.
• Healthcare operations experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises management and administrative staff to ensure efficient operation.
• Develops and oversees implementation of action plans to kickoff, implement and maintain programs.
• Manages recruitment, hiring and termination processes for staff.
• Partners with leadership to develop, implement and administer department policies and goals.
• Oversees equipment, facilities, and vendor relationships; ensures high quality service.
