Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency OR 1 year of applicable cumulative job‑specific experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison between the practice manager, practice physicians, office employees, and other clinical and administrative areas.
• Ensure staffing is in place to meet the demands of the provider’s work schedules.
• Complete and review office correspondence, including invoices, statements, credit cards, petty cash, and reports.
• Perform clerical or technical roles as needed to support the practice such as working the front desk regularly and performing all duties that this includes, i.e. answering phones, check‑in and check‑out of patients.
