Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD seeks a Physician Practice Coordinator to support the Colon & Rectal Program. You will oversee daily operations, scheduling, payroll, and staff onboarding in collaboration with the Area Vice President to promote efficient patient access and program growth.

You will assist with recruitment, staffing, and administrative coverage across hubsite locations, ensuring coverage for patient scheduling and back-office functions as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or 3 years of physician practice experience.
• Must be willing to travel to hubsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site daily operational oversight for the Colon & Rectal Program, including staff schedules and payroll.
• Work with Area Vice President on priorities, performance, and program growth.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of key practice positions and staffing needs.
