This role collaborates with the Area Vice President to enhance practice performance, staffing, and patient access, while ensuring efficient day-to-day operations and growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of related Physician Practice experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide dedicated operational and administrative support to the Colon & Rectal Program.
• Collaborate with the Area Vice President to promote efficient operations and program growth.
• Assist with staffing, scheduling, and payroll for the practice.
• Support patient access, scheduling, and back‑office functions as needed.
• Assist with recruitment and onboarding of key practice positions.
