Mercy Medical Center in Baltimore, MD seeks a Physician Practice Coordinator to provide operational and administrative support to the Colon & Rectal Program, working closely with the Area Vice President to promote efficient operations, patient access, staffing, and program growth.

This role spans practice operations, financial management, and human resources tasks—staff scheduling, recruitment, onboarding, and daily staffing needs—while driving workflow improvements across the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of related Physician Practice experience is a plus.
• Willing to travel to hubsite locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site daily operational oversight for the Colon & Rectal Program, including staff schedules and payroll.
• Work closely with the Area Vice President on operational priorities, practice performance, and program growth.
• Support physicians and staff with day-to-day operational needs.
• Provide coverage for patient scheduling, registration, and back-office functions as needed.
• Provide coverage and support for surgical scheduling.
• Coordinate staff scheduling and assist with daily staffing needs.
